The Public Information Office will utilize traditional public relations and marketing techniques, as well as investigate emerging technologies to help make citizens aware of Jefferson County's activities in their service and tell our story.

The PIO Office will utilize it's Granicus newsletter tool to tell our story. Our goal is to increase the number of subscribers to 15,000 by 2027.
