Complete organizational alignment and implementation of The JeffCo Way. The JeffCo Way is a concept rooted in principles of the Lean management system and will be the Jefferson County daily operating system to remove waste and add value for Jefferson County Citizens. Complete departmental implementation of Master Process Charts. Number of departments implemented out of total departments.



Complete departmental implementation of Improvement Boards. Number of departments implemented out of total departments.



Develop Strategic Plans for all Departments within Jefferson County reporting to the County Manager.



In each department, completion of initial intermediate level cohort-based training in continuous improvement, conducted by Change Agents Training as "The JeffCo Way Academy".



To ensure a clear understanding of county standards and procedures, complete review of existing county Administrative Orders and provide report of recommendations to the County Attorney for County Commission consideration. 100% indicates report has been completed and submitted for review.
